How you earn FiPoint
You earn FiPoint every time you spend with your Fizen Card on qualifying purchases:
- 10% in FiPoint on UK Uber and UK Uber Eats, from 16 June during the UK Uber 10% Cashback Campaign.
- 5% in FiPoint on all other eligible purchases, from 16 June until the campaign ends.

What is Happy Friday?
Happy Friday is the weekly moment to cash in. Each Friday you can redeem your FiPoint for gift cards right inside the Fizen app. During the UK Uber 10% Cashback Campaign, UK Uber & Uber Eats gift cards are released from a weekly Happy Friday pool, first come first served, so it pays to redeem early. Once a pool is used up it reopens the following Friday.
How to redeem, step by step
- Open the Fizen Super App and go to the Rewards section.
- Browse the gift card catalogue and pick a brand (UK Uber, Amazon, Apple and many others).
- The app shows how much FiPoint the gift card costs. Confirm to redeem.
- Receive your gift card code in the app, ready to use.
Example: load a UK Uber gift card
- Open the Uber app and go to Wallet.
- Tap Add payment method, then Gift card.
- Enter the code from Fizen. The balance applies to your next Uber or Uber Eats order.
Tips
- Redeem early on Friday, since the Happy Friday pool is limited.
- UK Uber & Uber Eats gift cards are for Uber accounts in the United Kingdom, so check your account region.
- Keep an eye on your FiPoint balance in the app and redeem before any expiry in the Rewards Program Terms.
