Fizen Card: UK Uber & Uber Eats Cashback Promotion Supplemental Terms
Supplemental terms for the Fizen UK Uber & Uber Eats cashback promotion.
Effective: 10 June 2026
These Campaign Rules apply to the “UK Uber & Uber Eats Cashback Promotion” (the “Campaign”) and supplement the Fizen Promotions Master Terms, the Fizen Rewards Program Terms, the Fizen Card Terms, the Fizen Master Terms of Use and the Fizen Privacy Policy (each available at fizen.io/legal). General rules of the Program and the Platform are governed by those framework documents and are NOT repeated here. In the event of conflict, the order of precedence is: these Campaign Rules > Promotions Master Terms > Rewards Program Terms > Card Terms > Master Terms of Use.
1. Sponsor
Fizen Limited (Hong Kong).
2. Campaign Period
The Campaign runs from 00:00 UTC on 16 June 2026 and continues until Fizen suspends or ends it under the Changes and Termination clause below. Fizen does not commit to any minimum duration.
3. Eligibility
General Card-holder and Program eligibility applies (Fizen Card Terms; Rewards Program Terms; Master Terms of Use). In addition, the Campaign requires that, for any UK Uber & Uber Eats gift card redemption under clause 7 below, the Participant holds a valid Uber account in the United Kingdom.
Geographic exclusions for this Campaign (in addition to the general exclusions): US Persons, residents of mainland China, Hong Kong retail customers. Restricted Jurisdictions identified in the Fizen Card Terms also apply.
4. Qualifying Activity and Reward Rate
During the Campaign Period, eligible Participants earn FiPoint on Card purchases at the following tier rates:
- Tier 1, ten percent (10%) on Card purchases where the merchant of record reported by the Visa network is Uber or Uber Eats.
- Tier 2, five percent (5%) on all other eligible Card purchases.
Purchases of Uber services made through resellers, app-store intermediaries, gift cards, prepaid codes or any other intermediary do not qualify for Tier 1, even where the underlying service is Uber. Fizen determines Tier classification by reference to the merchant identifier and transaction data reported by the Visa network, in its sole discretion. FiPoint is credited per the Rewards Program Terms.
5. Net Amount
FiPoint is calculated on the net purchase amount only (gross purchase minus returns, refunds, chargebacks and adjustments). Tips, taxes, fees, and any portion of a transaction paid in promotional credit, gift cards or non-Card tender are excluded. Standard transaction exclusions in the Rewards Program Terms apply.
6. Caps
- Per-Participant Monthly Cap: Each Participant may earn and redeem up to USD 500 in cashback value per calendar month across Fizen’s cashback promotions (the “Monthly Cap”). The Monthly Cap resets on the first day of each calendar month. Fizen may also apply per-Friday redemption limits, which are disclosed in the Fizen app at the time of redemption.
- Happy Friday pool: Each Friday, Fizen releases a pool of gift cards for redemption under the Happy Friday program. The size of the weekly pool is set by Fizen and may vary from week to week. Gift cards are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis until that Friday’s pool is exhausted. This is a single pool shared across Fizen’s Happy Friday cashback promotions.
- One Card Account per Participant. Multi-account participation is prohibited under the Promotions Master Terms.
7. Happy Friday Redemption
On each Friday within the Campaign Period, eligible Participants may redeem FiPoint for UK Uber & Uber Eats gift cards in the Fizen app, subject to the Happy Friday weekly pool (clause 6). The FiPoint required per UK Uber & Uber Eats gift card is disclosed in the Fizen app at the time of redemption. UK Uber & Uber Eats gift cards are valid only for Uber accounts in the United Kingdom and are subject to Uber's own terms. Happy Friday redemptions count toward the Monthly Cap in clause 6. Happy Friday does not survive suspension or termination of the Campaign.
8. Free Card Offer (First 100 New Applicants)
From 10 June 2026, for the first 100 eligible Participants who apply for a Fizen Card via the Campaign web page (card.fizen.io/uber) and verify with a valid United Kingdom passport, the Card issuance fee is waived and refunded as welcome cashback. Applications made through the Fizen app do not qualify for this offer. The Card otherwise carries the fees set out in the Fee Schedule. The USDT 10 you add at setup is not a fee, it is a Deposit credited to your Database Balance under clause 5.1 of the Fizen Card Terms, and (subject to the Card Terms) remains spendable. The waiver is limited to one per Participant. The 100 slots are allocated on a first-completed-application basis and are not refreshed once exhausted.
9. About the Fizen Card
The Fizen Card is a USD prepaid Visa card funded by a Fizen-held USDT balance, as described in the Fizen Card Terms. The Card is issued by the Issuer identified in your Issuer Cardholder Agreement. The Card program is supported by StraitsX (a Singapore-licensed Major Payment Institution under the Payment Services Act 2019, and Visa principal member, with fund custody at Visa and DBS Bank) and DBS Bank Ltd (a Singapore-licensed bank). Fizen Limited is the Program Manager and is not itself a bank, e-money institution, payment institution or licensed virtual asset service provider.
10. About FiPoint
FiPoint is a promotional benefit governed by the Fizen Rewards Program Terms. The full nature, expiry, anti-abuse, forfeiture, modification and redemption rules of FiPoint (including, where eligible, redemption for a Pre-Launch $FIZEN Allocation under clause 6.4 of the Rewards Program Terms) are set out in those Terms. This Campaign rewards Participants with FiPoint earnings as set out above.
11. Matters Governed by the Framework Documents
The following matters are governed by the framework documents and are NOT repeated in these Campaign Rules:
- Modification, suspension and termination of the Campaign, Promotions Master Terms, clause 7.
- Reward delivery, reversal and clawback (including for refunded, reversed or charged-back Qualifying Transactions), Rewards Program Terms, clause 5.
- Standard transaction exclusions (ATM withdrawals, peer-to-peer transfers, currency exchange, tax payments, gift-card and prepaid-card purchases, cash equivalents, gambling, cryptocurrency purchases and sales, structured-to-maximise-rewards transactions), Rewards Program Terms, clause 4 (paragraph 2).
- Fraud, abuse and anti-gaming (including multi-account participation, identity falsification, collusion, transaction structuring, bots and exploits), Promotions Master Terms, clause 6.
- Tax responsibility, Promotions Master Terms, clause 8.
- Privacy and data sharing, Fizen Privacy Policy and Promotions Master Terms, clause 9.
- Disclaimers and limitation of liability, Promotions Master Terms, clause 10 and Master Terms of Use, clause 14.
- Sponsor's decisions final, Promotions Master Terms, clause 6 (final paragraph).
- Governing law and dispute resolution (Hong Kong governing law; SIAC arbitration in Singapore; class-action and jury-trial waiver), Master Terms of Use, clause 18.
12. Changes and Termination
Fizen may, at any time and in its sole discretion, change the reward rate, the eligible merchants, the size of the Happy Friday pool, the redemption mechanics and any Participant limits, and may suspend or end the Happy Friday program or this Campaign, on a prospective basis and without liability, subject to applicable law. Where reasonably practicable, Fizen will give notice through the Fizen app or website. FiPoint already credited before a change takes effect is handled under the Rewards Program Terms. This is in addition to the modification, suspension and termination rights in the Promotions Master Terms, clause 7.
13. Acceptance
By making a Qualifying Transaction during the Campaign Period, by redeeming under the Happy Friday mechanic, or by applying for a Fizen Card during the Campaign Period under clause 8, you acknowledge and agree to these Campaign Rules and the framework documents referenced above.
