# Fizen Survey to Earn: Share Your Feedback and Get Rewards

With the ambition to open the almighty portal between decentralized and real-world to serve toward the Web3 era, Fizen has combined the most quintessential of DeFi and FinTech to launch the Fizen Super App product with a unique payment function, solving the big problem of the decentralized financial market and making cryptocurrencies usable in users’ daily purchases.

## **How to join?**

**Step 1:** **Go to the Fizen.io app** (if the app is not installed, please download the app on [Appstore](https://link.fizen.io/s/-nzOicHiXVstore?ref=blog.fizen.io) or [Google Play](https://fizen.io/googleplay?ref=blog.fizen.io)), **create a New wallet** or **Import your existing wallet**;

**Step 2:** **Use $BNB** equivalent to at least $5 in your wallet (please deposit if you don’t have any) to **buy gift cards** in the Fizen app for shopping (coffee, supermarket, …). You will instantly get a $5 refund of $BNB to your wallet after submitting the survey;

**Step 3:** **Record a video** using the Fizen app for shopping and **post the video** to Twitter, Facebook, TikTok or Instagram;

**Step 4:** Answer the [**Survey**](https://forms.gle/ra3oCQhCL8eQUjsZ8?ref=blog.fizen.io)after having actual experience, attach the video link on social, hashtags: #FreeCryptoSpending #Fizen and tag one of [**Fizen’s social accounts**](https://linktr.ee/fizen.io?ref=blog.fizen.io).

- **Most Viral Video**: $1,000 for the most viral video (based on social interaction), certificate “THE BEST KOC OF CAMPAIGN”;
- **Best Video picked by Fizen**: $1,000 for 01 best/creative content video, certified “THE MOST CREATIVE CREATOR OF CAMPAIGN”.

## **Rules & Requirements**

2. Fizen is not responsible for any **copyright issues**. The owner is responsible for not infringing any copyright;
3. It is allowed to use videos/images in all Fizen marketing channels.
4. Cashback is only received when all of the above conditions are fulfilled.
5. The program will stop before the deadline if the total number of participants receiving cashback reaches 5,000 people.
6. All entries can be used as **advertising materials** for Fizen.io;
7. **Fizen team** will ultimately have the **final decision**!
