- Description: Mumbai, Lisbon, London, Singapore, Bangkok, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, then Hong Kong in February. The winter conference calendar checked against official sites, how to chain the legs, and how to stay online across all of them.

**Quick answer:** From November 2026 to February 2027 the big crypto and fintech conferences are: India Blockchain Week (1-2 Nov) and Devcon 8 (3-6 Nov) in Mumbai, Hong Kong FinTech Week (2-6 Nov), Web Summit Lisbon (9-12 Nov), Solana Breakpoint London (15-17 Nov), Singapore FinTech Festival (18-20 Nov), Binance Blockchain Week Bangkok (28-29 Nov), Blockchain Life Dubai (1-2 Dec), Abu Dhabi Finance Week (7-10 Dec) and Consensus Hong Kong (1-3 Feb 2027). Bitcoin MENA has moved to 2027\. Group them into regional legs and sort data per leg before you fly.

**Key takeaways**

- **November is the crunch.** Eight events in four weeks across Mumbai, Hong Kong, Lisbon, London, Singapore and Bangkok. Nobody does all of them.
- **December is the Gulf.** Blockchain Life in Dubai on 1-2 December, then Abu Dhabi Finance Week on 7-10 December, about 85 minutes apart by bus.
- **Bitcoin MENA is not in December 2026.** The organisers moved it to winter 2027; tickets carry over.
- **Think in legs, not events.** A Europe leg, an Asia leg and a Gulf leg each have their own data, entry and transport logic. Plan each once.

Your calendar has Devcon, Breakpoint, Singapore and Dubai on it, your boss wants to know which two you are actually going to, and your phone has four roaming warnings from last year still saved in Settings. The winter conference season is the busiest of the year, and the dates move.

We checked every date and venue below on the organiser's official site or announcement on 26 October 2026\. Here is the calendar, how to chain the legs, and how to stay online across them.

## Which crypto conferences run from November 2026 to February 2027?

| Dates | Event | City and venue |
| -------------- | ------------------------------------------------ | --------------------------------- |
| 1-2 Nov 2026 | India Blockchain Week | Mumbai, Fairmont Mumbai |
| 2-6 Nov 2026 | Hong Kong FinTech Week (main conference 2-3 Nov) | Hong Kong, HKCEC and other venues |
| 3-6 Nov 2026 | Devcon 8 | Mumbai, Jio World Centre, BKC |
| 9-12 Nov 2026 | Web Summit | Lisbon |
| 15-17 Nov 2026 | Solana Breakpoint | London, Olympia |
| 18-20 Nov 2026 | Singapore FinTech Festival | Singapore EXPO |
| 28-29 Nov 2026 | Binance Blockchain Week | Bangkok, QSNCC |
| 1-2 Dec 2026 | Blockchain Life (side events 27 Nov to 6 Dec) | Dubai, Festival Arena |
| 7-10 Dec 2026 | Abu Dhabi Finance Week | Abu Dhabi, Al Maryah Island |
| 1-3 Feb 2027 | Consensus Hong Kong | Hong Kong, HKCEC |

January is quiet for the big names. Bitcoin MENA, which ran in Abu Dhabi in December in past years, has been moved to winter 2027 with dates to come. TOKEN2049 Dubai is also outside this window.

## How do you chain the November events?

November splits into two clusters that do not mix well. Mumbai and Hong Kong collide in the first week; Lisbon and London sit back to back in Europe; Singapore and Bangkok close the month in Southeast Asia.

- **Builder route:** Devcon Mumbai (3-6 Nov), then Breakpoint London (15-17 Nov). One long flight, a week to recover, two very different crowds.
- **Europe route:** Web Summit Lisbon (9-12 Nov), then a short flight to London for Breakpoint (15-17 Nov). One Europe-wide data plan covers both.
- **Asia finance route:** Singapore FinTech Festival (18-20 Nov), then Binance Blockchain Week Bangkok (28-29 Nov), with a week between for meetings or a beach.
- **Gulf route:** Bangkok to Dubai for Blockchain Life (1-2 Dec), then Abu Dhabi for ADFW (7-10 Dec). One UAE data plan covers both emirates.

Watch the local calendars as well as the conference ones. Diwali falls on 8 November in Mumbai, UAE National Day is expected on 2-3 December, right on top of Blockchain Life, and Hong Kong's Lunar New Year holidays start on 6 February, three days after Consensus ends.

## What should you sort once per leg, not once per event?

- **Entry.** India needs an e-Visa for most visitors, applied at least four days ahead. The UK asks many visitors for an ETA. Portugal registers non-EU travellers in the EU Entry/Exit System. The UAE, Singapore, Thailand and Hong Kong each have their own rules: check official government pages for your passport.
- **Transport payment.** London, Lisbon, Hong Kong and Singapore metros take contactless cards. Dubai Metro runs on nol cards. Mumbai's daily payments run on UPI QR codes, which visitors use through a UPI One World wallet.
- **Calls.** In the UAE, the regulator has said WhatsApp voice calling is blocked, so plan to coordinate by message there.
- **Data.** Decide per leg and install at home, not at the arrivals hall of the fourth airport in three weeks.

## How do you stay online across several countries?

The fix is simple and free to follow: choose data for each leg before you leave, install it at home on Wi-Fi, keep your home SIM on for bank SMS, and switch the travel line on as you land. Conference weeks burn data on maps, ride apps, Luma, QR tickets and hotspotting laptops, which is where roaming bills explode.

A travel eSIM is one option, and a regional plan can cover a whole leg. In the Fizen catalog checked on 26 October 2026:

| Leg | Plan type in the catalog | Network examples |
| ------------------------------------- | --------------------------------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
| Lisbon and London | Europe regional plan, 33 countries, fixed data or unlimited (up to 10 Mbps) | NOS in Portugal, EE in the UK |
| Mumbai, Hong Kong, Singapore, Bangkok | Asia regional plan, 18 countries, or country plans | Airtel in India, 3 in Hong Kong, StarHub in Singapore, AIS or TrueMove H in Thailand |
| Dubai and Abu Dhabi | UAE country plan, 1 GB to 20 GB | Etisalat (e&) 5G |

Plans start from about US$0.30 a day. Coverage is wider than any one table: check the eSIM tab in the app or fizen.io/esim for current plans for each country on your route. Most plans cannot be topped up, so size each one for the whole leg; more data means another eSIM. If an eSIM fails on Fizen's side, a real person in chat sorts it, and a verified fault is replaced free for the length of the trip under the Trip Guarantee. Changed plans, like an event that moves a year? An unused, not-yet-installed eSIM can usually be taken back; eligibility depends on the plan, check Package details or ask chat.

The honest alternative: if you need a local number in one country, for OTPs or local calls, a tourist SIM there does that job better than a data-only eSIM. For data across a multi-city leg, a regional eSIM saves a counter queue in every airport.

## Where do we have city-by-city guides?

We have detailed arrival, transport and data guides for several stops on this calendar: Breakpoint London, Web Summit Lisbon, Singapore FinTech Festival and Binance Blockchain Week Bangkok, with guides for Devcon Mumbai, Blockchain Life Dubai, ADFW and Consensus Hong Kong rolling out. Pick your two or three, and plan those properly.

Fizen is building the stablecoin neobank for people on the move: a wallet you own, travel data and more in one app, backed by an investment from Tether.
